What if I want to change my order?

We try to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible. Once you confirm your order, no changes can be made. That said, please email us and we will try to see if a good solution can be found.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation, one or more things may have caused it:

Your order hasn’t been approved and not processed – therefore you don’t receive a confirmation of the purchase. Check if your order confirmation could be in the junk mail of your mailbox or check if the e-mail address you provided is correct. If you’re still missing an order confirmation, you can contact our customer service.

How can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you receive an e-mail with a tracking link. If you haven’t received an e-mail, please check your junk filter and whether you provided the correct e-mail address. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact our customer service.

How do I return and who pays for it?

More matters related to the return of goods you can find on the Return Policy page. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser. But if returning an item due to receiving a damaged(defective) product, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
